Led by our team of UK Athletics qualified Coaches & Run Leaders this 8 week program is designed to introduce newcomers to running in a fun, friendly and structured manner. The course will provide twice weekly coaching sessions which will build your running fitness, develop & improve your running technique, and help you to avoid injuries before ‘Graduating’ with a celebration of your success at Cirencester Park Run on Saturday 5th March. We aim to provide an inclusive environment for runners of all abilities so it doesn’t matter if you’ve run in the past and want to get back into it or are looking at lacing up and running for the first time.
