Welcome to Run 4 All. 

Run 4 All is a social running and training group for runners of all abilities based in Portsmouth, Hampshire and our ethos is simple…

No runner left to run alone!  

Whether you’re new to running or you’ve been running for a while….. If you’d like some company when running or you want to take your running to the next stage…. This is the group for you! 

All runs are fun, friendly, supportive and led by qualified Running Coach Will who is supported by Run Leaders Alan, Helen and Fran.

We have weekly Social Runs on a Tuesday evening meeting at various locations around the Portsmouth area at 1815 with warm ups starting at 1830.

With our private Facebook Community Group we also have a number of additional runs and events added throughout the year.
