I have been running on and off since my youth but never consistently until I was introduced to group running about 5 years ago. It triggered a new passion and I quickly discovered the fun aspect of running as I am such a social being! I love being part of WB Fitness and personal goals have ranged from local events to virtual challenges up to a half marathon.
