Whatever your running ability or goal we have a session thats right for you!
All our runs are fun, friendly, supportive and led by qualified Running Coach Will who is supported by Run Leaders Alan, Helen and Fran.
Each session can be tailored to suit your ability to be sure you get the most from your training and enjoy each and every session!
- If you're completely new to running and looking to start your running journey our 10 week Beginner Running Programme is the perfect way to get started. These 10 week sessions start on the first week of each school term and gently build up to running 5km.
- If you're looking to get fit and get social then our Social Running Sessions are what you are looking for. These sessions meet on a Tuesday evening and on the first Sunday morning of each month. At these sessions you can simply run along and chat or use loop backs to push yourself that little further whilst remaining with the group.
- If you're looking to take your running to the next level and finish that next distance or smash that PB then our Thursday Training Sessions are for you. These sessions will help build your speed, strength, power and improve your running technique and running effiency.
- All running sessions start at 1830 and we ask that all runners meet from 1815 to ensure a prompt start.
