We head out of the harrier centre car park on an easy walk / jog for 10 mins to the cycle paths around Horton. They are well lit tarmac paths. Our session comprises of some warm up drills and stretches, followed by a range of intervals which vary week to week. We always re group after each interval, so no matter what your pace you will never be left behind. We head back to the Harrier Centre for some stretches. the whole session last about 55 minutes.
