Ive been running now for 4 years in total after joining a friend on a 10 week running course. I completed it but she didn't lol. I then stopped started etc but really stepped it up when i joined Rushmere Community Runners who were really fantastic and supportive and helped me progress into the race entering runner i am today. I lead Group 2 with tge wonderful Sarah Hodge and each week we run a different route keeping it around 5 miles at a gentle 11 to 12 minute pace. We always lopk after new runners and are on hand to give advice and support all the way through your run. I hope you are able to join us soon
