About this run

Walk to Run groups - For those just starting out.  We start with more walking than running and build your confidence and fitness gradually. Qualified Leader in Run Fitness. 5 to 5 groups - For those who can run for 5 minutes but need help with the next step.  Our 5 minutes to 5 Kilometres course has proved super successful in developing new runners.  We start with 5 minutes walk / 1 minute run and gradually build up until you can run for at least 5K.  Run Fitness groups - These groups are very social.  They will go for a 45 or 55 minute run at a 'conversational' pace of around 11 or 12 minutes per mile.  Each group has it's own leader - no one ever left behind!  Run Plus groups - These groups are for those who can run 10K in hour or less.  Groups are social but also motivated by running challenges.
