Challenge yourself to the 0 - Park Run within a fun friendly atmosphere. Build your endurance, fitness and confidence to complete this 9 week course comfortably. Run at your own pace and ability and build your love of running as part of a group. If you do not wish to take part in the challenge simply come along and give running a try. This group is designed for absolute beginners and aims to to give you that passion for running. You will be supported and encouraged throughout your journey there is no pressure to progress quickly simply take your time to develop to your own speed.
