About this run
This session is designed for complete beginners or those returning to running even if it is after 20 years! You will be met with a warm welcome and i will support you along the way - please don't be afraid! What to expect? This is a friendly group of women who can run approximately 5k and is a lead on session from Couch to 5k. All abilities are welcome and no one is left behind. This is a supportive friendly and inclusive group Main session will vary between approximately 5k runs at a varied pace with faster runners looping back or interval sessions intended to improve stamina strength and time A cool down and then the important stretching !
