About this run

This session is designed for complete beginners or those returning to running even if it is after 20 years! You will be met with a warm welcome and i will support you along the way - please don't be afraid! What to expect? This is a Couch to 5k session over approximately 9-10 weeks. may vary but as a guide will roughly follow: A warm up Main session will be a timed walk run to start with 1 minute running and 1 minute 30 seconds walking repeated 7 times and increasing week by week times A cool down and then some stretching
