About this run

This session is designed for those that can run approximately 5k or who have completed the Couch to 5k course( not necessarily with me) You will be met with a warm welcome and i will support you along the way - please don't be afraid! What to expect? This is a friendly group of women who can run approximately 5k and is a lead on session from Couch to 5k. All are welcome and no one is left behind. This is a supportive friendly and inclusive group Main session will vary between approximately 5k runs at a varied pace with faster runners looping back or interval sessions intended to improve stamina strength and time A cool down and then the important stretching !
