About this run
For beginner runners and anyone who wants to get a new healthy habit. A 10 week course designed to progress you from running 30 second segments to 5k at a speed which works for you. 3 sessions a week - Sunday, Tuesday &Thursday £10 for non Sawtry Walk To Run members and those who have already attended a previous course.
