About our group

Running is my way of feeling the power and the freedom of the open roads and trails.  Running taught me about life, that every little thing is broken down into one step at a time. If you look ahead at how far the run is, maybe you'll never begin but if you just start running there is a great chance you'll finish.

So don't overthink it - Just Run!

I want to share my love and passion for running with you, wherever you are on you're running journey, it just takes that one little step, and who knows where it will take you.

I am a fully licensed Coach in Running Fitness through UK Athletics, with experience in both coaching and leading. 

I offer:

  • C25K courses for beginners or those wanting to return to running
  • Group runs for those who need that extra bit of support in achieving their goal

You will receive a 10-week plan with detailed sessions to help you progress and improve at the correct rate. 

I also offer one-to-one training and can produce detailed running plans if you have a particular goal in mind.
