I enjoy running middle distances and a competing athlete with Bristol & West AC. I started our group in September 2018 following England Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness. I believe that jogging/running is for everyone. I want all our sessions to be safe, fun, inclusive and structured and that we can learn from each other. If that's to meet a specific goal you have or just to enjoy the experience with others that's fine. Its just great to see the group enjoying and supporting one another. I am a qualified as England Athletics Coach in running fitness, L3 Personal Trainer and Spin instructor. A member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity CIMPSA and happy to guide you in meeting your training and fitness goals.
