Main matters is our group safety and wellbeing. All sessions are conducted by coach/run leader in accordance with England Athletics guidelines. The sessions are varied each week and over time you will develop your running efficiency, learn techniques and movement skills, improve your overall fitness reducing risk of injury. Looking to start back after a break or looking to improve fitness these sessions are for you. There are excellent facilities and car parking onsite. The fitness centre provides a good environment and professional team who can support you with for example any personal training, strength and conditioning, pilates, yoga , spin and development stretch classes, that's in the days you are not running/jogging of course! If you require further details get in touch or just turn up on the night. Sessions are £.2.50/£5 if we are using the Whitehall track. Do not attend the sessions if you are feeling unwell.
