The paln for this running group is fist to have fun an then traning and fitness we can  work on

  • breathing
  • Running
  • spead
  • 10k Runs
  • Half Marathon

depends on what you have done you could allready doing these and you just want to be in a group and not runing  by your self, also you may what to traing up for a full Marathon so i can train you doing the Half Marathon and one part will be to slow you down.  every one is different some running are fast  and some runners or  slow it dosen't matter what you are. 


what we are doing in this group 

Training for 10k run - we are staring on a 3 mile run then the week after it will go up to 3.30 mile run then up again.

Spead Running - we can also do a working, run and sprinting training so you will walk for 5 mins run to 6 min and sprint for a 1 min you to get your hart rat up.

Weekend Runs - i will be putting on the booking site weekend date for training do in the half marathon 13 Miles, this training is not how quick you can finish it, it to hlep you with a long run and have some reast just get your boady used to it.
