I have been running for over 15 years and enjoy the mental and social benefits of running more than running itself. I believe that everyone can benefit from running and love that our sessions are suitable for all abilities. My aim as a run leader is to ensure that everyone leaves our sessions with a smile and hopefully some new friends.
