About this run

These run sessions are planed to help existing runners improve their speed and stamina. They focus on interval training (short bursts of intense activity) making use of the local area. By booking into this session you are confirming the following: 1. You have not been in any country apart from the following in the last 14 days (UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man); 2. Neither you, nor anyone in your household has shown any symptoms of Covid-19 in the past 14 days; 3. You will notify Steyning AC immediately if you, or anyone in your household, display symptoms of Covid-19 in the 14 days following this session; 4. You will adhere to 2 meter social distancing from anyone else at the training session.
