About this run

On Thursdays we run short intervals on hills and flats at multiple spots in and around Steyning. Why do it? Push yourself, recover, then go again; Improve your speed, strength and stamina; Great for your heart and lungs; Suitable for all (the number of loops you run is tailored to you). Sessions are FREE to SAC members. Potential new members are welcome to join us for 4 weeks before deciding whether to join.
