This is an introduction to running StrongHer style meaning you will see the newest runner transform & improve over 10 weeks in technique, running strength, pace and most importantly CONFIDENCE-honing new skills and also creating new friendships which will ultimately lead up to our very own StrongHer Strides 5K race at the end. If you’ve ever fancied giving running a go but felt intimidated by the long-legs in Lycra, fear not. This course runs on the principle “No athlete left behind”.
