Michelle Coveney

I am a keen runner and in 2012 I became a Leader in Running Fitness and set up a running group in my village. I love helping others to take up running and watch them be amazed as they progress from struggling to run for just 1 minute, to a few months later, being able to run non-stop for 20-30 minutes. I have now taken my leadership in running to the next level and have become a Coach in Running Fitness, which is enabling me to help runners of all abilities achieve their goals.
