During the spring and summer months we head out onto the the country lanes and trails around Sutton Benger, making the most of the opportunity to run in beautiful countryside. These runs vary in length between 3 and 5 miles, and sometimes incorporate hill repeats and fartlek to ensure that everyone gets to work on their running fitness, whilst have a fun and sociable run. ***COVID-19*** Runners must NOT attend group sessions if they have symptoms (or they suspect they have symptoms), or test positive for Covid-19, or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19. A register of participants will be kept to facilitate tracking and tracing if needed. Contact details may be shared upon request with the government's Test and Trace initiative.
