April Update

Hello All!

Spring is here the daffodils and tulips are in bloom seems like the sun is deciding to make an appearance in the coming weeks. Marathon season is in full swing hopefully all participants in marathons have managed to keep to their training plan despite the weather and you have all begin your tapering for the upcoming events.

So far, I have not got a marathon booked or planned however, I have completed the Big Half 01:40:12 and Croydon Half Marathon 01:36:57 very pleased to see the improvements in my time considering the conditions on the day of both races. What did I do? I trained! I am fortunate that my training plan is not written down it is something that I do on auto pilot. I know we are all different and have different abilities, which I totally respect. Hence why my sessions are totally FREE and tailored to each individual’s ability. Why? Because it is not just the people who turns up to my sessions are benefitting from it, I am too. Regardless of the pace we run at you are all there helping me with my training, I am not standing by the side line shouting or orders being a spectator I am getting involved. Would you like to know how much I gain from a session or how you help me? Turn up to one of the group sessions I’ll explain it all.
