About this run

Welcome to Synergy Runners, where we Run Stonger Together. A running club to help build a happy social running group along with the support of one another to run that one more mile. Each week we run approx 5k for beginners and Intermediate level, starting at Handsworth Park. If you are new to running, but are worried that you may not be quick enough, please come and join us, and myself as the run leader will support you through the sessions.
