As our name suggests, Telegraph Hill Running Group is all about the hills! Each week, after some simple drills to warm up, we run a different session, ranging from short interval sprints to longer steady runs, all based around the ups and downs of Telegraph Hill. Suitable for anyone that can run continuously for 30 minutes at any pace, these sessions are ideal for anyone looking to improve their strength and stamina, whether aiming for a new parkrun PB or training for a first (or even fifty-first) marathon.
