About this run

This course is specially designed for complete beginners—the Couch to 5K really does start from the couch! We understand that many people feel they’re too slow, too old, too unfit, or that it’s been far too long since they exercised. If that sounds like you, it’s time to put those doubts aside and join Team Caterpillar! Our unique approach doesn’t just get you to the finish line of your first 5K—we coach you every step of the way in a supportive and friendly environment. We’ll help you build confidence and fitness, teaching you new techniques each week, complete with “homework” to put your learning into action. If you can walk, you can run—and we’ll give you everything you need to succeed. Important: If you’ve previously attended one of our Couch to 5K plans but didn’t continue to club membership, please email us at enquiries@team-caterpillar.com to be added to the waiting list. Please don’t book via the website, as places are limited for first-time participants.
