FOR 2020 - New runners are very welcome to enquire about runs to be organised into the year - Email for further advice and details.

Want to improve your Fitness levels?  Need to lose weight or better your health?  If you want to start something new or are running already but would like to join other like minded people, then we may have a session for you.  

Tern Fit Runners may be introducing another “Introduction To Running Fitness” group later in the year. This will follow on from our last 10 week beginner’s course of October 2019. With an emphasis on fun and social well-being, we aim to improve your health, fitness and lifestyle.  The Beginner/Return to Running sessions will be following a continuous run/walk programme with the aim of running 30 minutes, non-stop - but all at each individuals own pace. 

From January 2020 current members will still welcome new or existing runners  to join us where all can build on their current fitness at their own pace.

The aim is to never look back……becoming fitter and maintaining that new healthier “you”.  The programme will be accompanied by various running related training, to help promote and maintain your running fitness.

Your leaders have many years’ experience in the fitness arena – with run leader, nutrition and personal training qualifications between us.  Our aim is to encourage those who believe that they “can’t run” realise that they CAN!

Our daytime training mostly takes place away from the town of Market Drayton, at Greenfields Sports Ground, providing a non-intimidating environment.  If you are nervous of large groups or of being “on display” then here is an ideal location to build your confidence.  Enquire Today!
