I may not look like your 'typical' runner but I am and I hope to inspire others to follow in my foot steps.
I started running to lose weight and get fit so I could keep up with my 3 year old son and it's certainly working. Slowly but surely the weight is coming off and I have never felt so good. After 3 months I was able to run 5k and after 6 months I made it to 10k. What next?!?!
You don't need to be thin or fit or fast....just start slowly and you'll be surprised what you can do with the support of others around you.
If I can do it anyone can!
