About our group
Our fun running group is designed for runners building up to their first 5k, as well as those who want to start going faster or longer.
The sessions build a good base of running skills and a workout that meets your needs, with different options depending on what your challenge is.
The group is lead by Alexa who's a qualified UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness.
