About this run

CLUB MEMBERS ONLY. If you are new you can have a 4 week free trial, please email thamesmeadrunninglcub@gmail.com Already running 10km? Then come join our 10km+ group where we will develop your running with group distance road runs (10-35km), coaching, hill training, cross country, intervals, agility training, sprint training etc. These sessions are designed for runners who can comfortably and confidently run 10km without stopping (speed does not matter). Our sessions consist of dynamic stretching, a warm up adapted to needs of the session, coaching on technique, main session, cool down and post run static stretching. We also participate in local and national races. Hope you can join us!
