FREE for club members. SUMMER TIME CHANGED TO 08:15 TO AVOID RUNNING IN HEAT. If you are new you can have a 4 week trial then will be invited to take membership. These sessions are designed for runners who can comfortably and confidently run 5km without stopping (speed does not matter). Our sessions are all lead by an England Athletics qualified Run Leader and consist of dynamic stretching, a warm up adapted to needs of the session, guiding on technique, main session, cool down and post run static stretching. Sessions vary and may include endurance distance runs between 5km - 10km, some hill training, speed work, agility training, interval training, cross country and road running. We also participate in local and national races. Hope you can join us!
