About this run

We will travel down to Greenwich Park together to do some Hill Training, making use of a variety of slope gradients and running drills. If you have never done Hill Training, it is a fantastic fast way to improve fitness, stamina, strength and speed for your runs. We can cater for all levels though if you are a complete beginner please contact me (you can still join us!). The sessions will last 45-60mins with a warm up and cool down.
