About this run
A friendly training group for runners who can confidently and comfortably run 10km or more. Sessions include distance runs up to 30km, hill training sessions, cross country running, sprint sessions, interval training as well as running drills and coaching on good running form. All sessions include a warm up, dynamic stretching, the main session, cool down and static stretching. FREE for all club members, non-members are welcome to a 1 month free trial. Membership is then £30/Year or £45 with England Athletics Race Licence.
