About this run
A session for those who have completed beginners group, returning from injury or have had a break from running and want to start gently. The group will be supported by covid compliant leaders to ensure your safety and to maintain the current social distancing measures. There will be a variety of sessions, including speed, hills, endurance and strength. All sessions are planned to be fun and motivating, and a fully inclusive loop back system is used to ensure that everyone is included.
