About our group
Tingley RunFIT offers sessions on different days in different locations giving more people opportunity to get involved.
Sessions are open to all levels, and especially welcoming those who are new to running or training for their first 5k. There is always an option for everyone in the group. Some of our Sunday sessions may be longer runs, but this will be noted on the booking. Sometimes we include exercises that benefit the running that we do too.
Always book via this site so any changes can be communicated! We also need you to cancel if you can no longer make the session so we know who to wait for!
