About our group
Tingley RunFIT offers sessions on different days in different locations giving more people opportunity to get involved.
Our sessions are completely FREE! We may visit a track once in a while or a location that charges for parking, but we will always let you know if there's something to pay and it's up to you if you attend.
Sessions are open to all levels, and especially welcoming those who are new to running or training for their first 5k. There is always an option for everyone in the group. Some of our Sunday sessions may be longer runs, but this will be noted on the booking. Sometimes we include exercises that benefit the running that we do too. We recommend you are able to walk continuously for around 50 minutes before attending the sessions, even as a beginner running this will give you a good starting point and we can cater sessions around this.
Always book via this site or the Run Together app (search 'Runner') so any changes can be communicated! We also need you to cancel if you can no longer make the session so we know who to wait for!
When you book for the first time you're likely to hear from one of the team in advance to check in and introduce themselves before we meet you for real.
