About this run

Once a week, meet myself and the group for a fun and energetic fitness session! We do various activities such as runs (using the Couch to 5k programme in small intervals with breaks in between), hikes and speed walks. It’s a no pressure environment, we’re all there to have a good time and get moving together. We will keep an eye on the weather but wear comfortable clothes and trainers.
