Trail Heroes

We are a friendly running group based in Meopham, Kent, who like to explore the countryside in our local area whilst building up our running fitness at the same time. We welcome all runners but specifically new runners and those with experience who are perhaps returning to running after a break. 

Please check each run description before signing up to ensure the run is right for you. 

Unfortunatley we can only accept runners over 18 years of age. 

All runs are led by Emily, a UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness and experienced runner.
