About our group
What is T-REx
T-REx is a group for adult runners, who really enjoy or want to enjoy getting out on the trails and exploring, without having to worry about where they are going or how safe they are on their own.
There will be sessions that suit beginners, sessions that suit improvers and sessions that will work on specific trail running skills. These will change fairly frequently and we will decide as a group what sessions will benefit everyone.

T-REx is led by me, Perry Stock, a passionate trail runner who likes to run a little further. I have run various trails and ultra marathon distances, some of which: include the London to Brighton 100k, The Leviathon 50 Miles, The Big Way Round 50K and multiple others. In 2022 I will be running a number of ultras and trail runs across the UK including the first Brighton Trail Marathon, as well as supporting the Running Adventures team. With other UK and overseas runs currently being planned 2022 is looking good. If you're interested in stepping up your distance and running ultras then let me know and I'll put some longer sessions in the diary. I can also direct you to some excellent coaches that specialise in the longer endurance events. I am equally happy running at a social pace and having a good chat with others on the trails. Most of the sessions on here will suit everyone, I want as many people as possible to enjoy the benefits of running trails, unless otherwise stated they will be run at a social, talking pace and will incorporate regular breaks. The aim, is to have fun, run and explore. |
