About our group

Have a 5k charity event in mind you'd like to enter or ever thought about walking, jogging or running to improve your general physical and mental well-being?

Trotters is the social walk jog run project of BODEEWORX CIC which is led by local volunteer Run Leaders meeting in and around the more rural villages in the PL26 postcode area outside of St Austell, Cornwall.

Set up for those who want to benefit from getting fitter with the support of other like-minded people, this group is perfect for those who have thought about starting and/or for those who like the idea of jogging/running with others but who prefer to join a less formal group.

Founded in April 2016 by Group Run Leader Sarah Cowburn, Trotters is going from strength to strength with a number of the original intake now giving up some of their time to help others by becoming qualified as Run Leaders themselves.  As a result, we are now pleased to be able to offer twice weekly sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays.

If you are interested in coming along then please register with the website which will then enable you to book onto the available sessions.  We look forward to welcoming you to the group.
