I joined Trotters in the summer of 2016 after a health scare prompted a lifestyle change and I needed to get fitter. I started the couch to 5k with my partner and progressed from there to joining Trotters who have continued to encourage me with all my pursuits.
I became Run Leader to help and encourage people who have started the same journey I started and see them go on to do things they thought wasn't achievable before. The sessions always puts a smile on my face.
