Paula Trescothick Bate

I started running in order to lose weight and joined Trotters in 2016 to help keep me motivated and make new friends. Since joining, my fitness and confidence have gone from strength to strength and I qualified as Run Leader two years later, something I thought I'd never have the courage to do. Not only have I lost the weight but I have also started to enter local endurance events and it gives me great pleasure in helping and encouraging others that are starting a similar journey whatever their goals.
