About this run

This groups meets on a Thursday evening at the South Entrance of the MECD building University of Manchester. The group is aimed at staff and PG of the UoM who are part of the UMRun group. The group is led by Rachel, Nick or Fiona ( only one at time) There are unable to accommodate beginner runners at this time. If you want more info on groups for beginners email umrun@manchester.ac.uk The sessions are 5 -10km with a pace quicker than 10 minute miles.
