Tim North

Name: Tim North

Running for how long: 3 years

How did you get into running: talked into it by a friend at work - little did I know then how it would take over my life!
What's your best experience of running so far: WSR Ox half marathon last year - running through the rippling barley field with my mates on a gorgeous fresh spring day with beautiful scenery all around - it was magical.

What type of music do you run too: never run to music.

What do you get up to on a typical weekend: parkrun and a long run if I can fit it in, catching up with family and chores.

What's the best thing about Verwood Runners: the amazing sense of camaraderie and support - we cheer everyone home and make running fun.

Give one unusual fact about yourself: can't think of one!

What makes you laugh: the dog. Spaniels have such expressive faces - I can't help but laugh.
