About this run

Start up group for people of all ages, abilities and sizes who want to use running as a method of getting fit but have either never run before or have tried running but have not continued for various reasons. If you are new to running but can already run 20/30 minutes without stopping then this is not the group for you but feel free to contact me and I will try to steer you in the direction of groups or clubs that would be more suitable. However, if you ever wanted to run but felt that you would not be fit enough then this the group for you! You will receive support and encouragement as you build from walk/jog to running 5K or whatever target you set yourself, no pressure. Pleasant surroundings in park offering flat and sound surface.
