About this run

We run for fun, to step out of our daily worries and back into our bodies for a short time each week. You will get fitter, probably even lose some weight, but the reason to join is to surprise yourself by seeing just what your body can do with a little coaching from Sophie and the camaraderie of fellow runners. This run is for women who can run approx. 3km, but we break it up with walking and exercises so come and try a session.
