About this run

Our Thursday sessions are longer rep intervals designed to improve endurance for 5km, 10km and Half Marathon Runners. Come and train in a fun and friendly environment with Watford Running Fitness. We will guide you from start to finish and provide online support throughout the duration of the course. We also have local recommended races to take part in, you can find these on our website.
