Our group runs
We've found 3 runs at location: All
We have a social run on Monday nights that averages 4-6 miles, starting at 7pm from the entrance to the Sun Postal Sports & Social car Park. We also have interval sessions in Cassiobury Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am for those looking to improve speed and endurance over 5km, 10km and Half Marathon Distances. And lastly we have a 'ladies only' track session at 09.30am on Friday mornings at Woodside Stadium for a beginners introduction to track running and athletic fitness.
