Beginners Couch to 5k

This is it, the start of your journey. Whether that is a restart from an injury, a break, or a brand new fitness journey, our goals are the same! Couch to 5k is 9 sessions, an 8 week programme followed by your very first 5k! The sessions progress gradually in time spent running throughout the plan, we meet once a week and then you will take away 2 sessions to complete before we meet again. We have various communication paths for our groups and interaction is encouraged, whether that is for advice, to share information, or to catch a run buddy to join you for homework! All of our sessions are individual focused, run at your pace, whatever you may be comfortable with, we have someone that will lead and someone that will tail the group to ensure comfort and safety. Currently our sessions are all held outdoors and limited numbers. If we can do anymore to help, please ask!
