A special version of our 5to10k plan - a 10 week plan building up to a celebration run @ Rushmoor Wellesley 10k on Sunday October 1st 2023 The training plan is a progressive plan building from 5k up to 10k, this will include, easy runs as well as focused sessions such as hill training, speed, strength and technique work. All sessions are suitable for all abilities, pace is not a focus in this plan, you work at your own speed. Note: This is a 10 week plan - PLEASE SIGN UP TO ALL TEN SESSIONS Note: this plan does not include entry to the 10k race itself, you will need to also sign up at rushmoor10k.co.uk Any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
