Trail Running with Poles
Tried running with poles? It's very popular, especially in adventure races. But, running with poles adds a new dimension of fun and fitness, by taking the weight off the knees and hips, and propelling you further and faster, giving an upper body workout too! Sometimes, we'll use longer poles to simulate Cross-country skiing techniques, which increases VO2 Max even further! Check out my session dates and book. Discounts offered for multiple sessions. If you have your own poles, please bring them along, otherwise you can hire from me for £5 per session.
