About this run

Take your running to new levels of endurance, and enjoyment! Take a 1 hour, personal, 1-1 coaching session with Heathley and develop and improve your running skills and fitness. Heathley majors in developing fitness for Cross-country skiing - the most demanding aerobic sport - but coaching applies to anyone seeking to improve their running, for health or performance. Dependent upon your personal needs and requirement, we'll first assess your running technique, and move onto specific areas of development, be it to improve overall health, performance in races, or to experience new levels of running - off or on-road. We'll look at warm-ups, cool-down, stretching, nutrition, equipment, and build and monitor personal training plans. Please contact Heathley to develop a personal coaching session. Experienced runners only.
