About this run

These sessions are delivered every Monday and we work on an 8 week rota. Each run is delivered as a road session . We meet at Haywood Village School (our team base) or at other points in the vicinity. We use a variety of different training aspects to keep everyone interested and challenged. This group is suitable to all who are able to run 5k. There is no limit on pace, we welcome slower runners and faster runners. All runners must be aged 16 and over.
